A tip from my recent talk on “Reconcepting Your Marketing Plan For The New Normal” – Create an environment leading to closing sales.  Previously, many companies used digital to attract and to warm up customers and then had live sales people close the deals.  Now, digital must be reimagined to both create an environment for warming up customers and for closing the sale.  Customers will respond best to those companies that make it easiest to buy online.
